Say hello to Ally + Marcus. A Melbourne-based acoustic duo who somehow manage to be both effortlessly cool and heart-meltingly sweet. They're the kind of musical pair who make you feel like you're in a movie montage (the really good kind, where someone falls in love or finally kisses in the rain).
Their vibe? Think smooth guitar work, silky harmonies, and vocals so pure and pretty they might actually stop time. They bring a fresh, feel-good energy to every wedding and event they play, and look pretty damn good doing it.
Ally has been singing since she was tiny, from duos and theatre shows to belting it out at home with a warm cup of tea and a piano. Her voice is the kind that feels like home.
Marcus is the ultimate musical chameleon. He’s got a soulful, soothing voice that wraps around you like a weighted blanket (but a sexy one), and his live looping skills bring an extra layer of richness to their sound. From RnB and acoustic soul to folk, pop rock, and even country, he’s got the range and then some. Oh, and yes, he DJs too. Of course he does.
